• Lay signal cables separate from cables with voltages > 60 V.
• Use cables with twisted wires.
• Keep device and cables at a distance from strong electromagnetic 󹪝elds.
• Take account of the conditions for communication speci󹪝ed in the Technical data (Page 79).
• Use shielded cables to guarantee the full speci󹪝cation according to HART/PA/FF/Modbus/
EIA-485/Pro󹪝bus DP.
5.2 Connecting the TH100

If you use stranded wire used, you need a ferrule.
Note the maximum permissible core cross-section (Page 79).
Procedure
1. Connect the input or inputs to terminals 3 to 6.
