Spiral mode for Pulmonary Emboli studies.
There are two recon jobs predefined. The first one,
with 3 mm slice thickness, for the mediastinum.
The second reconstruction, with 1.25 mm slice thick-
ness, used for postprocessing.
A range of 28 cm will be covered in 22.4 sec.
