Washing water
is not
pumped out.
▶ Make sure that the pump cover is screwed into the
device as far as it will go. The handle of the pump
cover must be vertical.
No water flows into
the device. The
detergent was not
flushed in.
Start Refillwas not pressed.

Sieve in the
water supply is clogged.
▶ Clean
the strainer in the water supply.
Water tap is closed.
▶ Open
the water tap.
Water supply hose
is kinked or trapped.
▶ Make
sure the water supply hose is not kinked or
pinched.
Start several times
with centrifugation.
The imbalance control system eliminates the
imbalance by distributing the laundry several times.

Remark:
When loading, place large and small items of
laundry together in the drum if possible. Laundry of
different sizes distributes better during spinning.
