Symptom Possible cause Rectication
The tool cannot be
removed or only poorly
from the strap after the
welding procedure.
The rocker lever can-
not be fully lifted.
1. The cam disk # 109 stands in a position that pre-
vents the welding unit from swivelling back.
2. The strap tension is not released. The toothed ring
# 19 cannot be turned back.
– Attention! Do not attempt to pull the
lever with brute force.
– Perform a tool reset.
See chapter 5.10.2
– Check # 19 and 57 for smooth running.
– Toothed ring # 19 only lubricate with
light oil. If necessary, remove grease or
foreign parts.
