Automatic update
The Auto Update function allows you to set whether the date and time are set
automatically via the radio stations' RDS (Radio Data System) signal or manually.
NOTE
►
If From radio is set, the date and time are automatically set via the RDS
signal from the radio stations.
► If No update is set, the date and time are not set automatically, but must
be set manually.
► The default setting for the Auto Update function is From radio.
♦ In the Settings menu, press the TUNE+ 8 or TUNE− button7 repeatedly
until Time setup appears on the display 1.
♦ Press the VOLUME |
ENTER/SCAN dial6 to confirm the selection.
♦ Press the TUNE+ 8 or TUNE− button7 until Auto Update appears on
the display 1.
♦ Press the VOLUME |
ENTER/SCAN dial6 to confirm the selection.
♦ Press the TUNE+
8 or TUNE− button7 to select either From radio or
No update.
♦ Press the VOLUME | ENTER/SCAN dial6 to confirm the selection.
Sound settings
In the Settings menu, you can use the Bass and Treble functions to increase or
decrease the bass and treble playback in the range from +14 dB to -14 dB in
steps of 2 dB.
Bass
♦ In the Settings menu, press the TUNE+ 8 or TUNE− button7 repeatedly
until Bass appears on the display1.
♦ Press the VOLUME | ENTER/SCAN dial6 to confirm the selection.
♦ Press the TUNE+
8 or TUNE− button7 to increase or decrease the bass
incrementally.
Treble
♦ In the Settings menu, press the TUNE+ 8 or TUNE− button7 repeatedly
until Treble appears on the display1.
♦ Press the VOLUME |
ENTER/SCAN dial6 to confirm the selection.
♦ Press the TUNE+
8 or TUNE− button7 to increase or decrease the
treble incrementally.
