GLOSSARY OF STANDARD TERMS
The following abbreviations are used throughout this manual:
ACF: Ancillary control facility.
"Ackd": Display abbreviation for acknowledged condition.
AVF: Alarm Verification Facility.
ALM: Display abbreviation for alarm condition.
AS1668: Australian Standard AS1668 specifying the use of mechanical ventilation
and air-conditioning in buildings.
FIP: Fire Indicator Panel.
"Isol": Display abbreviation for Isolated condition.
LCD: Liquid Crystal Display.
LED: Light Emitting Diode.
