SNR(SignaltoNoiseratio)/Acceleration

Oneeldpresentstheaccelerationofthetrackedtarget.TheSignaltoNoiseratio
(SNR)givesthestrengthofthetrackedtargetrelativethenoiseoordenedby
thereferencecellintheCFARlter.
