Placethecursorovertherstecho.Right-clicktoopentheshortcutmenu,thenselect
PlaceRuler.Therulerstartswhereveryouplacethecursor,andendswhenyourelease
thebutton.Thelengthandrelativebearingoftherulerisdisplayednexttoit.Oncea
rulerhasbeenestablishedyoucannotmakechangestoit.Y oucanplaceasmanyrulers
asyoulikeintheview.
SelectDeleteRulerorDeleteAllRulersontheshortcutmenutodeletetheoneorseveral
rulersfromtheview.
•DeleteRuler
UseDeleteRulertoremoveoneselectedrulerfromtheview.Placethecursoronthe
line,right-clickwhenthecursorturnsintoanger,thenselectDeleteRulerfromthe
shortcutmenu.
•DeleteAllRulers
DeleteAllRulersallowsyoutodeletealltherulersinthecurrentview.
•ShipToCentre
SelectShiptoCentretomovetheownshipsymbolbacktothecentreoftheview.This
functionistypicallyusedwhenyouhaveusedtheSetNewShipCentrefunctiontomove
theshipsymbolawayfromthecentreoftheview.
•ResetShipCentre
Thisfunctionisusefulwhenyouneedto"reset"theviewafterusingtheSetNewShip
CentreorZoomfunctions.Right-clickandResetShipCentretomovethevesselsymbol
tothecentreofthepresentation.
•SetNewShipCentre
Placethecursoranywhereintheview,right-clickandselectSetNewShipCentre.The
functionmovesthevesselsymboltotheselectedposition.
•Zoom
Placethecursoranywhereintheview,right-clickandselectZoom.Onlyonezoomlevel
isprovided.SelectZoomonemoretimetorestoretheoriginalview.
