• Connect the air-driven pump or oil injector to the workpiece. The connection can
be made directly or via a flexible pressure hose (for THAP 030E and THAP 150E),
or high pressure pipe (for THAP 300E and THAP 400E).
Remove the
G

/4 nose piece (4) to enable connection of a high-pressure pipe or
flexible pressure hose.
• THAP 030E and 150E: Fit a G
3
/4 to G
1
/ 4 adapter nipple (228027 E), with a
maximum tightening torque of 130 Nm (96 lbf-ft). Connect the flexible pressure
hose (729834) to the adapter nipple. The flexible pressure hose can be connected to
the application using an appropriate quick connector coupling and nipple.
• THAP 300E and THAP 400E: Fit a high pressure pipe with a G
3
/4 end
(e.g. 227957 A) to the hydraulic outlet block. The maximum tightening torque is
