If the Sunny Central is to be stored prior to installation, note the following:

Penetrating moisture can damage the Sunny Central
• Store the Sunny Central in a closed state.
• Store the Sunny Central in a dry and covered location.
• The temperature at the storage location must be between -25°C and +70°C.

An uneven support surface can damage the frame construction of the Sunny Central
• The foundation must be suitable for the weight of the Sunny Central (1,900 kg).
• The unevenness of the support surface must be less than 0.25%.
Storage in cold temperatures and high humidity
If the Sunny Central is connected to the external voltage supply and the circuit breaker of the supply voltage is
switched on during storage, the heating element will activate automatically when humidity is high
(see Section12.3.8 "Connecting the External Supply Voltage", page60).
If the supply voltage is not connected during storage, the maximum storage period of the inverter is twelve months.
Desiccant bag in the inverter cabinet
The desiccant bag in the inverter cabinet protects the electronic components from moisture. The desiccant bag must
be replaced by a new desiccant bag one day before commissioning.
