After you have inserted the MMC/SD card into the card reader slot on your PC, you can search for
the respective drive in the Explorer (in Microsoft Windows). You can see the following data on this
drive (here: E:):

Memory card types
The SMA Solar Technology AG recommends using MMC/SD cards manufactured by
Transcend.
If you use a memory card by another manufacturer, check to see that it is a FAT-16-
formatted card. If required, format the card. Be aware that, in doing this, data already
stored on the card will be lost.
