5.1 INTENTED USE
The present machine has been designed, built and sold for the packaging of bottles
jars or boxes ecc. in packs of thermoretractible film.
It is forbidden to:
• Modify the machine cycle;
• Use non original parts;
• Modify the electrical connections to by-pass the internal safeties;
• Remove the protections installed
Before performing any modification it is necessary to contact SMIPACK S.p.A to obtain
the relevant authorization.
5.2 PACKING WITH THE SEMIAUTOMATIC MACHINE ßP700
When the product has gone beyond the sealing bar and it is on the belt, this stops and
the sealing bar cuts and seals the two edges.
At this point release the push buttons. The tunnel's connection belt is operated again
and takes the wrapped product onto the tunnel's belt for the shrink-wrapping phase. At
the same time the feeding bar returns to its product loading position and is ready to
restart another working cycle.
After carrying out the adjustments as in chapter 4 and 7 and then pressing the push
button [ENTER], the video page appears as follows:

The feeding bar will not start the
operating cycle (in AUTO mode),
until the sealing bar reaches the
set temperature. Load the feeding
bar's platen with the loose product
in line and adjust the axis. After
having simultaneously pressed
the two push buttons 1 on the
working surface, the feeding bar
moves forward, pushing the
product beyond the sealing bar
and operates the tensioning bars
that wrap the pack with the
necessary film.
