You cannot copy images.
• Connect the camera and your c()mputer correctly using the supplied cable lk)r multi-use
terminal (page 59).
• Follow the designated COl))' procedure for ?our OS (p ,ges 59, 67).
• When you shoot images with a '_Memory Stick Duo lormatted by a computer, you may not
be able to copy the images to a computer. Shoot using a "Memory Stick Duo" formatted by
your camera (page 50).
After making a USB connection, "PicturePackage" does not start automatically.
• Slart up Ihc PicturePack ,ge Menu and check [Settings].
• Make Ihe USB connection after the computer is turned on (page 59).
The image cannot be played back on a computer.
• If you are using 'PicturcPackagc, click on help al the upper-right corner of each screen.
• Constl]t Ihe colIlpuler or softx&'are lilantlfaCttlreF.
The image and sound are interrupted by noise when you view a movie on a
computer.
• You are playing back the movie directly from the internal memol T or _'Mcmory Stick Duo.
Copy the movie to the hard disk of your computen then play back the movie from the hard
disk (page 57).
You cannot print an image.
• Check the prinler settings.
Images once copied to a computer cannot be viewed on the camera.
• Copy them to a IMdcr recognized hy Ihc camera, such as 'I01MSDCF" (page 63).
• Oper ire correctly (page 64).
Cannot insert a "Memory Stick Duo".
• Insert it ill the correct direction (_ s,'ep 3 in "R_.adThis Firs,").
Cannot record on a "Memory Stick Duo".
• You are using the "Men/ory Stick Duo" _ith tile write-protect s_itch, and the switch is set to
the LOCK position. Set the sx_itchto the recording position (page 93).
• The "Memory Stick Duo" is fulh Delete unnecessary im ,ges (_. stU)6 i_l "Read This Finft").
• Insert a "Memo U Stick PRO Duo" (page 21) when recording movies with the image size set
to [640(Fine)].
