This section describes the process using a
Windows computer as an example.
You can copy images from the camera to
your computer as follows.
For a computer with a "Memory Stick"
slot
Remove the "Memor? Stick Duo" from the
camera and insert it in the Memory Stick
Duo Adaptor. Insert tile Memory Stick Dtto
Adaptor in the compttter and copy tile
images.
For a computer without a "Memory
Stick" sl0t
Follow Stages l through 5 on pages 57 to
62 to copy itn_+ges.
• The screen displays shown in this section arc the
examples k)r copying images lrom "MemoJy
Stick Duo".
• A driver is soll'_Val-e that enables equipment
COlmected to the COlllptltcr lo opcral¢ properly,
• When using Windows XP. start h'oln Stage 2+
• When '+PicturePackage" is ah+eady installed,

NOTE: Do not connect the camera to
the computer at this time.

software in use.

computer, then click [USB Driver]
when the install menu screen
appears.
The "hlslallShield Wizard" screen
appears.

3 Click [Next].
The USB driver installation starts.
When tile installation is finished, the
screen inf_lrms you of completion.
4 Click the radio button next to
[Yes, I want to restart my
computer now] to select it, then
click [Finish].

Your computer restarls. Now, you can
establish a 1JSB connection.
Remove lhe CD-ROM when tile installation
is completed.
