Powering off the System
Powering off the System is a procedure that shows you how to manually power off the System.
The procedure provides you with step-by-step instructions and graphics to help you learn how
to complete this task. Powering off the System, when the System is not in use, enables you to
save hydro costs or battery costs.
To power off the System
1) Looking at the top of the System, locate the power I / button. See Figure 13 below.

2) Press I / .
3) Looking at the top of the System, confirm that the green OPR/BATT light is off. See
Figure 13 above.
The System powers off.
You can also power off the System using the remote commander. See “To power off the
System” under the “Operating the Sony Personal Audio Docking System Remotely” section.
