Troubleshooting
The remote
commander does not
work.
Check if the batteries are installed correctly. –
Check if the batteries are not exhausted. –
Check the setting for “IR Receiver.” 33
The fan is noisy. The sound from the fan is often greater than normal
to cool the light source in the following cases.
When “Light Output Mode” is set to “Standard”.
The projector is in at high altitude (“High Altitude
Mode” is set to “On”)
Temperature is very high.

Check that the air filter is clogged, then clean or
replace it.
Check that the ventilation holes (intake/exhaust)
are not blocked by a wall or an object and secure a
sufficient gap.

The image is
distorted by the
HDBaseT connection.
Confirm whether the unit’s AC power cord is
grounded.
Use the STP (Shielded Twisted Pair) type LAN cable.

The image is not
projected properly
when the projector is
connected via the
HDBaseT terminal
and the cables are
inserted or removed
from other terminals.
Change the input terminal to project the image
properly.
