7.2.5 FETCH? Subsystem Commands

The FETCh? Subsystem commands are used to get the measurement result of ST2683A.

Command Tree:

The [:IMP]? query returns ST2683A’s last measurement result to its output buffer.

Query syntax: FETCh[:IMP]?

For example, WrtCmd (“TRIG:SOUR BUS”);

WrtCmd (“TRIG”);

WrtCmd (“FETC?”);

When the PICKOUT function is set as ON:

Data format: < insulation resistance>, < leakage current>, <pickout item>, <pickout comparator

results>,< ultralimit>

0 BIN1 passes

1 BIN2 passes

2 BIN3 passes

3 Three bins all failed

The figure below is the range value of ultralimit compare for each range (NOTE: lower limit is not

compared in range 6)
