8) Handler Interface
ST2683A Insulation Resistance Meter equips with a Handler interface which is mainly used to
output the sorting result. When the instrument is applied to an automatic component sorting test
system, this interface will output the handshake signal and the sorting result output signal. The
sorting result output corresponds to the comparison result output of the current comparator bin.

Low level pulse, it is valid when in failling edge. When the
instrument is in external trigger mode and this signal is valid,
the instrument will trigger one measurement.

/PASS2
BIN2 passes.

/FAIL
BIN failed.

VCC
Internal electric source, +5V.

EXTV
External power supply, +5V.

/PASS1
BIN1 passes.
7
/PASS3
BIN3 passes.

/EOC
End of the measurement.

COM
External power supply ground.
NOTE: the sequence chart below is obtained when the MEAS DISP and BIN DISP are set as OFF.
