Electrical Characteristics
DC isolated output
Each DC output (pins 1 through 5) is opened by a collector, output and isolated by a photoelectric
coupler. The output voltage of each line is set by a pull-up resistor on the handler interface board.
The pull-up resistors can be connected to the internally supplied voltage (+5V), or to an externally
applied voltage (EXV: +5V) selectable through the setup item on the <SYSTEM SETUP> page.
Comparator result output circuit and external control signal input circuit are shown as follows:
VCC_IO: Handler VCC connected to internal +5V or external HANDLER Pin 5, selectable by
setting 4.1.8 HANDLER VCC as INTERN or EXTERN
GND_IO: Handler GND connected to internal GND or external HANDLER Pin 9, selectable by,
setting HANDLER VCC as INTERN or EXTERN
