Adjustment and Verification

5 Troubleshooting The following messages could occure separately or in combination in
the
Program status/messageswindow:
A.
Vertical Coarse drive test failed. Some movements were
interrupted.Please check/adjust the Coarse drive.
B. For some movements the fine positioning did not succeed. Please
check at first the closing function of the clamp and further the Fine
drive.
C. Some movements did not start. Please check the correct function of
the clamp and further the Coarse drive.
Message A occurs Repeat the Coarse drive adjustment,see
“Vertical Drive adjustment (for
adjustable drive only)” on page 6-
118.andsee “Horizontal Drive adjustment
(for adjustable drive only)” on page 6-
126.. Perform the test again. If the test
fails, then exchange the related Coarse
drive.
Message
A and B occurs Perform the Fine drive test. If it fails then
exchange the Fine drive otherwise the
Coarse drive.
Message
A and C occurs Repeat the Coarse drive adjustment,
otherwise exchange the Coarse drive.
Message
A,B and C occurs Repeat the Coarse drive adjustment and
perform Coarse and Fine drive test again.
If both fails again, exchange Coarse and
Fine drive.
The
Fine drive test V orHz
interrupts without failure
message after a while.
The spindle of the Fine drive motor get
stuck in the tube or in the end stops.
Exchange Fine drives Hz or V.
The
Fine drive test V
shows failed.
Check if the red Blue tooth cable hinder
the Fine drive V, otherwise exchange the
Fine drive.
6 Drive to Fine drive
stops
A. Select
Fine drive
stops.
B. Select
Hz and/or V
tick box.
C. Push the
In or Out
button to drive the
Fine drive in the end
position.
The fine drives
moves to the end
stops of the
inner or outer
position behind
the light
barriers.
This is needed for
test/maintenance and
disassembly/
assembly.
For example:
disassembly the Tilt
sensor drive the Fine
drive Hz to

position.
