1. Select Maintenance -> AutoSupport -> Manage Profile > Edit to
navigate through the wizard and record the information. The Company
Info screen appears.
2. Write down all information for each profile, including:
 Contract number
 Company name and site address
3. Select Next to view and record the contact name, phone number, and
email address.
General Library Information
Select Configuration -> Settings -> to gather the general library
settings.
