• Use quick search by pressing the first letter(s) (max. 5 letters) of the desired
name.
6. Press on the desired contact.
7. If more than one number, scroll to the desired number and press .
8. Scroll to Add to speed dial, and press .
9. Scroll to the desired position, and press .
10. If position is occupied, press to replace existing speed dial.
Deleting Number
You can delete a single directory number/SIP extension at any time and still keep the rest of
the belonging directory numbers/SIP extensions of a contact.
1. Press to enter the main menu.
2. Scroll to Contacts, and press .
3. Scroll to Local Contacts, and press .
4. Scroll to Find name, and press .
5. To find a name you can:
• Scroll until you reach the desired name. To scroll through the names quickly,
press the navigation key continuously.
• Use quick search by pressing the first letter(s) (max. 5 letters) of the desired
name.
6. Press on the desired contact.
7. If more than one directory number/SIP extension: scroll to the desired directory
number/SIP extension, and press .
8. Scroll to Delete number, and press .
9. Press to confirm.
Deleting Contact
Use the delete name and number function if you want to delete a contact and all the
belonging directory numbers/SIP extensions.
1. Press to enter the main menu.
2. Scroll to Contacts, and press .
3. Scroll to Local Contacts, and press .
4. Scroll to Delete, and press .
5. Scroll to Name & Number, and press .
