1. Set the rear triangle assembly on one side, on a work bench with a protecve cloth to prevent
scratching the frame nish. Support the pivot yoke as shown by your 27-30mm ID plasc tube.
Combine your 20-22mm outer diameter socket with an extension, punch, or other implement as
shown. Begin gently tapping with the hammer to push the bearing out of the frame and into the tube:

2. Remove the remaining main pivot bearing by ipping the rear triangle over and repeang.
