WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, ALWAYS hold securely in anticipation of a
sudden reaction.
4.1 PROPER HAND POSITION
Proper hand position requires one hand on the main Handle (G). (Fig. 1a)
4.2 TOOL OPERATION
Installing a NeoBolt® fastener (Fig. 5 & 6)
Place NeoBolt® Pin (CC) in work piece (Fig. 5a)
Thread Collar (DD) onto NeoBolt® Pin (Fig. 5a, 5b) and snug up to work piece.
Place Collet (A) over end of NeoBolt® Pin (CC) (Fig. 5b)
Pull and hold the Switch (H) until installation is complete (Fig. 5c).
When the NeoBolt® has been installed completely, release the Switch (H). The tool will return to its initial
position automatically.
If you release the Switch (H) before the end of the setting stroke, the tool will immediately return to its initial
position. If the NeoBolt® has not been set completely, repeat the previous steps.
Reset function (Fig. 1)
If the tool does not move to its initial position after releasing the Switch (H) or stops during the installation
stroke, reset the tool to home by moving the Forward/Reverse bar (J) to the reverse position.
To select reverse, depress the forward/reverse control button on the left side of the tool. Pull the Switch
(H) until the Collet (A) returns to the home position and releases the fastener.
If this does not resolve the issue, remove the battery, re-insert and then repeat the prior step. If the issue
persists, contact your local service representative.
To select installation mode (forward rotation), release the trigger switch and depress the forward/reverse
control button on the right side of the tool.
NOTE: The center position of the control button locks the tool in the o position. When changing the position
of the control button, be sure the trigger is released.
