1.4 Regulatory Compliance
HDV300 and DV400 metrology system have been tested to comply with Council
Directives 2006/42/EC - Machinery when installed and operated in accordance with
this manual, and they are allowed to carry the CE mark. The Product Safety, EMC
Testing and Evaluations were provided by International Compliance Engineering (ICE), San Juan
Capistrano, California, USA. The systems are also certified to be free from hazardous materials
per comply 2002/95/EC RoHS.
