1. The winch case drain must run directly to the reservoir to ensure no back pressure in the line.
2. Use 1/4” hydraulic hose and fittings rated for aminimum of 300 psi.
3. Locate the winch case drain line at the bottom of the crane base as shown in Fig. 1 (Blue Hose).
Note: Verify the winch case drain is attached to the hose that is connected to the winch motor.
4. Attach one end of the winch case drain to 1/4” swivel fitting located in step 3.
5. Route the winch case drain hose directly to the reservoir.
6. Connect the second end of the winch case drain to unshared fitting on the top of the reservoir as
shown in Fig 2.
