● 2 Insert brake spur (G) into brake spur
mount (F) from below.
● 3 Fasten brake spur (G) at the lowest
bore with pin (X1) and spring clip (Y).
● 4 Clamp brake spur (G) using the two
bolts (U2) and nuts (W3).
● Check that brake spur (G) is seated
securely.
● Lift the basic unit with the help of a
second person to make it easier to
install the brake spur.
● Insert pre-installed brake spur (1) into
mount (2) on the basic unit.
● Insert locking pin (E1) from above
through the mount and the pre-installed
brake spur and secure with spring
clip (E2).
● Check for secure seating.
7.7 Installing the lower handlebar
● Fit lower handlebar (D) onto mount (1)
on the basic unit.
● Align lower handlebar (1) with centre
position (2).
● Screw release pin (lateral
adjustment) (1) into lower handlebar (2)
using the installation tool.
