Fold up transport wheel (1) and secure
with pin (2) and spring clip (3).
Check the transport wheel for secure
seating.
12.5 Adjusting the brake spur
The brake spur is used to regulate the
resistance and consequently the speed of
propulsion during tilling. The brake spur
can be adjusted in eight stages for better
control.
Adjusting the brake spur:
Place the transport wheel in the working
position. (Ö 12.4)
Tilt the tiller forwards and make sure
that the machine is stable and safe.
Unscrew bolts (1) so that brake spur (2)
can be adjusted.
Pull out pin (1) and spring clip (2).
Move brake spur (3) to the desired
position and fasten once again with
pin (1) and spring clip (2).
Clamp brake spur (1) using bolts (2).
12.6 Starting the engine
Set the On/Off switch to I.(Ö 8.1)
Grasp the handle of recoil starter
rope (1) firmly with one hand and hold.
Attention!
The brake spur can slip out. Hold
the brake spur during adjustment.
Risk of injury!
Do not stand directly in front of the
exhaust when starting the machine.
