The drive lever is mechanically locked for
safety reasons. This prevents inadvertent
actuation. (Ö 10.2)
The self-propulsion lever must be actuated
in addition to the reverse drive lever to
start the tiller moving. (Ö 8.4)
Actuating the reverse drive lever:
● 1 Press release lever (1) to the stop
and hold.
● 2 Press drive lever (2) quickly to the
stop and hold.
● Release release lever (1).
The reverse drive is engaged.
● 3 Disengage the reverse drive:
Release drive lever (2).
8.6 Lateral adjustment of the handlebar
The handlebar can be adjusted laterally to
three positions.
Adjusting the handlebar:
● Actuate lateral adjustment lever (1).
● 1 Press release lever (1) to the stop
and hold.
● 2 Press lateral adjustment lever (2)
quickly to the stop and hold.
● Release release lever (1). The
handlebar can now be adjusted to the
desired position.
● 3 Securing the handlebar:
Release lateral adjustment lever (2),
making sure that the handlebar
engages.
8.7 Headlamp
The headlamp in the engine cover can be
used to illuminate the work area.
Avoid damage to the machine!
Actuate the drive lever quickly and
promptly. Do not dwell in the half-
pressed position.
