6 Application
6.1 Inserting and connecting the tube set
WARNING
Damaged packaging! Risk of infection!
Damaged packaging can compromise the product's sterility. The use of non-sterile products
poses a risk of infection for patients, users, and third parties.
Check packaging for damage.
If the packaging has been damaged, do not use the product and dispose of it properly.
1. Press the tube squeeze valve switch to open the tube squeeze valve.
ð The tappet of the tube squeeze valve moves backwards.
2. Insert the tube set, making sure the tube is fully inserted into the tube squeeze valve.
3. Make sure that the tube set is not leaking or kinked and that the ends of the tubing are
properly secured.
4. Connect the white end of the tube set to the connection socket on the suction
receptacle/system in red.
