15. Reset the Camera
Option 1: Reset the camera parameter and conguration (IE/VMS/CMS)
Device Cong → Default
Option 2: Reset camera network setting including ports and IP address.
Device Manager → Reset Cong
Option 3: Reset/modify camera network setting after lock-up (time out
login error)
Download the third party tool called ONVIF Device Manager
Option 4: Reset the password
Ask support@sunba.net to provide the reset tool and the super password
of the day.
Option 5: Telnet reset
Ask support@sunba.net to schedule a remote TeamViewer session.
