7.12.2) X-shaft Origin Setting
1) Move the feed plate ① fully toward the outer presser plate ②. Adjust the outer presser plate ② to make the two
holes of the feed plate ① overlap the two holes of the external presser plate ②, and then fix the plates with the
origin adjusting pin ③.
2) Loosen the X-Y sensor bracket fixing bolt ⑩ and adjust the X-Y sensor bracket ⑬ to place the center of the
sensor ⑪ at the right end of the X sensor plate ⑫. When adjustment is complete, tightly fasten the bracket with a
fixing bolt ⑩.
3) Loosen the X-sensor plate fixing bolt ⑭ and set the distance between the sensor ⑪ and the sensor plate at 1.5mm.
