Notice
To prevent a fire make sure that there are
no flammables near the muffler, DPD and
exhaust pipe. Also, be aware that there is a
risk of burn injury due to the high
temperature exhaust gas.
2.Make the water temperature of operation
equipment above 70℃.
3、keep the engine at idle speed state, press DPD
regeneration switch.
4 When start regeneration，engine rev. speed is
automatic rising to 1000 RPM, orange lights up, at
the same time
lights on the screen, then
don't leave the machine. Regeneration process
generally lasts for 15 to 20 minutes, but the last
time mainly depend on the external environment
temperature.
5. At the end, engine rev. speed recover to idle
speed, orange lights out, manual regeneration
finished.
Warning
White smoke may be produced during
regeneration, so do not perform regeneration in
a poorly ventilated indoor place.
Notice
If the amount of particulate matter (PM)
accumulated in the DPD is small, no DPD
regeneration is required, so , no regeneration
starts even when you manually operate the
buttons or others.
When regeneration must be interrupted to drive
the machine out of necessity, press the DPD
switch once again. in this case, regeneration is
required to be performed again, so start over
the manual regeneration procedure.
