4.5.4 Every 50 hours
Carry out the following maintenance operation
every 50 hours service time.
4.5.4.1 Check and adjust track tension
For detail, please refer to chapter 4.5.3.4.
4.5.4.2 Drain water and deposit from water
separator
For detail, please refer to chapter 4.5.2.2.
4.5.5 Every 100 hours
Carry out the maintenance for every 50 hours
service at the same time.
4.5.5.1 Check and adjust fan belt tension
For detail, please refer to chapter 4.5.2.7.
4.5.6 Every 250 hours
Carry out 50 hours service at the same time.
4.5.6.1 Checking swing redactor gear oil
level
 Stop the machine at level ground.
 Shut auto-idling switch to run the engine
unloaded at low temperature for 5 minutes.
【Important】
 Stopping the engine improperly may
damage turbocharger.
 Set start key to OFF position, stop the engine,
remove the key from starting lock, set safety
lock lever to LOCK position.
Note
 After completing work, the gear oil
temperature might be very high, wait
for temperature to cool down.
 Pull out dipstick of swing redactor, wipe off
oil trace, reinsert it and pull out again, the oil
mark should be between the two scales.
 If necessary, remove oil fill cap to add gear
lubricating oil. Check oil level again.
