1D-40 Engine Mechanical:
Gearshift System
1) Remove the gearshift cam plate guide (1).
2) Remove the gearshift shaft (2) and gearshift cam
plate (3).
Cam Chain
Remove the cam chain (1).
Oil Filter
Remove the oil filter with the special tool.
Special tool
(A): 09915–40610 (Oil filter wrench)
Oil Pump
1) Remove the oil pump drive gear bolt with holding the
oil pump driven gear (1) using the special tool.
2) Remove the washer (2) and oil pump drive gear (3).
Special tool
(A): 09930–40113 (Rotor holder)
3) Remove the pin (4).
4) Remove the snap ring (5).
Special tool
: 09900–06107 (Snap ring pliers)
5) remove the oil pump driven gear (1).
