• Finally lift the duct cover up to into posi-
tion and finish mounting them with the
eight screws provided.
3.2 Salsa
The Swegon CASA Salsa cooker hood is de-
signed for installation under an upper kitchen
cupboard by means of the fasteners provided
in the supply.
• Prepare the cooker hood for installation by
fastening the two edge pieces (from the
material bag) as shown in the illustration
below.
• Connect the ventilation duct from the
outlet duct to the cooker hood's outlet
spigot when you have mounted the cooker
hood on the wall.
• Finally connect the cooker hood to the wall
outlet and fit the spice rack or cover panel
above the cooker hood.
Installation on a wall
• The fasteners needed for wallmounting are
supplied together with the duct cover that
is available as an accessory.
• The measurements for the fastening points
for the duct cover plate fasteners are given
in the illustration below.
• Prepare the cooker hood before installing it
by fastening the triangle-formed mounting
brackets onto the top of the cooker hood.
Fasten the duct cover mounting brackets
to the wall.
