Adjustment of each part
2. Adjustment to fit to material thickness of cap
1. Remove the nut (1) and detach the pinch lock (2) from the clamp base (3).
2. Attach the pinch lock (2) to the position that fits to thickness of cloth of cap.
3. Loosen the wing nut (4) and adjust fixing degree of the pinch lock (2) when cap is set.
Adjust the fixing position of the fitting according to fabric thickness of cap. Neglect of the adjustment
according to fabric thickness of cap could cause damage of the frame and/or displacement of design.

Fix the pinch lock (2) by inside two holes of the
clamp base (3).
Fix the pinch lock (2) by outside two holes of the
clamp base (3).

Slide the clamp base (3) and the lid frame fitting
(5) to the direction indicated by black arrow, and
fix them.
Slide the clamp base (3) and the lid frame fitting
(5) to the direction indicated by white arrow, and
fix them.
