If the blades are in good condition, place the rear
scraper blade over the rear holding pin on the beater.
The hole on the scraper blade must fit securely over
the pin to prevent costly damage. (
See Figure 6-4.)

Note: Scraper blades should be replaced every
three months.
4. Holding the rear blade on the beater, slide it into the
freezing cylinder half way. Install the front scraper
blade over the front holding pin.

5. Before installing the beater shoes, check the shoes
for any nicks, cracks, or signs of wear. If any defects
are present, replace the beater shoes.
6. Install the beater shoes.

7. Slide the beater assembly the rest of the way into the
freezing cylinder.
Make sure the beater assembly is in position over the
driveshaft. Turn the beater slightly to be certain that
the beater is properly seated. When in position, the
beater will not protrude beyond the front of the
freezing cylinder.
8. Repeat steps 1 and 3 for the other side of the freezer
on Model 8756.
