5.2.10 Using the Correct Spacer for a Given Application
To avoid cross contamination in the target collection plate, an appropriate spacer
should be used. Spacer selection depends on the SPE cartridge block type and the
height of the collection plate.
To select the appropriate spacer, proceed as follows:
1. Measure the distance H

2. Measure the total height of the collection plate (H
