Colour State Description
Green Solid on Power on, normal operation.
Red Solid on Power on, self-test failed, indicating device malfunction.
Orange Solid on Your TG389ac is starting up.
Off Your TG389ac is powered off.
Colour State Description
Green Solid on Connected to the Internet, no activity.
Blinking Connected to the Internet, sending/receiving data.
Red Solid on No Internet connection.
