In the main menu, using the arrow keys, choose test and press . At this time the instrument will beep
a series of times. Dip the strip in the urine for no more than 2 seconds making sure the urine comes in
contact with all parameters. Dab the strip on an absorbent piece of paper and place on the appropriate
place in the strip rack.
A) Do not dip the urine strip in urine for too long, it may affect the results.
B) Do not allow Urine strip to sit out too long before entering into the machine. The strip it will
affect the results
C) The strip is a consumable do not attempt to reuse
D) If MALFUNCTION occurs during a test, check the trouble shooting area and attempt to fix the
problem.

The test rack will begin to rotate and the strip will enter the instrument. At this time the instrument will
again beep a series of times. At this time dip the next urine strip into the next sample, for 2 seconds, dab
on absorbent paper to clean off excess urine and place in appropriate rack position on the instrument.
After 5 seconds the instrument will beep again and the strip test will be repeated. The strip rack will move
a position every 5 seconds and will move the strip along the conveyer belt type strip carrier until it reaches
the test position at 60 seconds. The strip will then be read and the results will be printed.

(2) The strip is one-off product and cannot be used repeatedly.
