Arguments
<function> specifies a single oscilloscope subsystem on which to run self tests
(diagnostics). Valid values are:
ACQ tests the acquisition system.
APPKey tests the application keys.
CPU tests the CPU.
DISplay tests the display.
FPAnel tests the front panel controls.
IO tests the IO ports.
ROM tests the system read only memory.
Examples
DIAG:SELECT:CPU specifies that the oscilloscope will test the CPU when the
diagnostic test is run.
DIAG:STATE EXECute will actually run the test.
