FlexRay header paylength to 1100101.
TRIGGER:A:BUS:B1:FLEXRAY:HEADER:PAYLEN GTH? might return
TRIGGER:A:BUS:B1:FLEXRAY:HEADER:PAYLEN GTH "XXXXXXX" indicating
the FlexRay header paylength is don't care.
