EDIT. Edits the text you want to display on the output test signal.
To edit the text, first press the ENTER button to enable the text edit mode. Use the
left (
W) or right (X) arrow button to move the underscore character ( _ ) to the
character you want to change, and then use the up (
S) or down (T) arrow button
to change the selected character. When you enter all of the desired characters then
press the ENTER button to end the text editing process. You can use up to
20 characters for the text. Use the blank character to erase a character.
SAVE. Saves the text and its position to the signal file currently being output. Press
the ENTER button to save the text and its position to the signal file.
SDI Parameters Submenu
This menu allows you to select which component(s) of the serial digital signal is
(are) available, the serial digital signal resolution, and the insertion of the EDH
(Error Detection and Handling) bits. Use the up (
S) or down (T) arrow button to
scroll through the menu. Figure 3-10 shows the SDI parameters submenu diagram.

COMPONENT. Selects which component(s) of the serial digital signal is(are)
available. Use the left (
W) or right (X) arrow button to make selection. You can
select Y,Cb,Cr, Y, Cb, Cr, Cb,Cr, Y,Cb, or Y,Cr. Press the ENTER button to
confirm the selection.
PRECISION. Sets the resolution of the serial digital video signals. Use the left (
W)
or right (
X) arrow button to select between 10-bit and 8-bit. Press the ENTER
button to confirm the selection.
