PRESET
Recalls instrument settings saved as a preset, or saves the current instrument
settings as a preset. When you select this menu item and then press the ENTER
button, you access the PRESET submenu. Refer to Preset Submenu on page 3-28
for detailed information.
LCD CONTRAST
Adjusts the contrast of the LCD display. You can raise the contrast by pressing left
(
W) arrow button and lower the contrast by pressing the right (X) arrow button.
FRONT PANEL DISABLE
Sets the timeout period until the front-panel buttons are disabled. Use the left (W)
or right (
X) arrow button to make the selection. The choices are OFF, Immediate,
1 Minute, 10 Minute, 30 Minute, and 1 Hour. Press the ENTER button to
confirm the selection.
NETWORK
Displays the current network parameters or sets the network parameters for the
100BASE-T port on the sync pulse generator. Use the left (
W) or right (X) arrow
button to toggle between Information and Setup. When you select Information
and press the ENTER button, you will access the Network information submenu.
When you select Setup and press the ENTER button, you will access the Network
setup submenu.

GPI
Enables and resets the alarm signal output and displays the alarm status. When you
select the menu item and then press the ENTER button, you will access the GPI
submenu. Refer to GPI Submenu on page 3-34 for detailed information
SYSTEM PARAMETER
Displays the system information of the sync pulse generator, and enters the option
key (alphanumeric code) to enable the fine timing feature (Option 01). Use the left
(
W) or right (X) arrow button to toggle between Information and Setup. When
you select Information and press the ENTER button, you will access the System
information submenu. When you select Setup and press the ENTER button, you
will access the System setup submenu.

CONFIGURATION
Sets the configuration of the output connectors. When you select the menu item and
then press the ENTER button, you will access the Configuration submenu. Refer
to Configuration Submenu on page 3-37 for detailed information.
