The following table describes the parameters of this page.
Field Description
Enable 3G Service You may choose to enable or disable 3G service.
Account Enter the account.
Password
Enter the password.
Dial_Number
Enter the dial number.
APN
Enter the access point.
OnDemand
You may choose to dial on demand.
Inactivity Timeout
Set the period without flow before disconnecting
3G connection. When 0 is set, 3G connection will
always be connected regardless of flow.
Backup delay time
Set the period before starting 3G dial after ADSL
disconnection.
Initialization Delay
time
Set the initialization time of 3G USB data card.
Mode Switch Delay
time
Set the time for the 3G USB data card to switch
from a storage device to a communication
device.
Backup Mechanism
When DSL is selected, 3G dial starts after DSL
disconnection. Usually DSL is selected.
When IPCHECK is selected, 3G dial starts when
DSL connection is established and the address
set in Checking IP address can not be pinged.
Checking IP address
It is an address for 3G detection. After DSL
dialup, if this address cannot be pinged, 3G dial
will be started.
Timeout (in sec.)
Set the ping timeout.
Period time (in sec.)
Set the interval between two times of ping.
Fail Tolerance
Set the allowed times of ping failure.
