If bit 5 is set, bi-directional Hardware Flow
Control is used instead of XON/XOFF flow
control. If using Hardware flow control PB4
becomes the RTS output and the CTS input is
assigned to PB3.
Access to these I/Os via S16, S18 is blocked
whilst Hardware Flow control is active. Note that
in case the 128-byte output buffer of the
ETRX357 is full data will be dropped.
The parity settings do not affect the bytes
transmitted over the air.
