For WE310G4-P you will need to use an external antenna connected to the antenna
pad of the module, such as an SMA connector as shown in the figure below.

In this case, considering the position of the external antenna with respect to other
boards is very important. The conductive planes close to the antenna can modify the
impedance seen by the antenna or detune it.
The WE310G4-P module provides a 50
Ω
antenna pad, which needs to be routed to
the antenna connector (or the integrated antenna) with a transmission line
Please keep as close as possible to 50
Ω
impedance in the RF track, including the
RF Pad.
To avoid step impedance, try to track RF trace as much equal as possible to the
pad with the matching components
