Ensure that the ONT is powered on properly.
If a wired device, such as a computer, is used for configuration, ensure that the wired device is
connected to a LAN port of the router properly, and is set to Obtain an IP address automatically
and Obtain DNS server address automatically.
Restore the ONT to factory settings and try again.
