Execute Ping to test connectivity
Step 1
Log in to the web UI of the ONT.
Step 2
Navigate to Diagnostics > Diagnostics > Ping.
Step 3
Enter the IP address or domain name in Host Address, which is www.google.com in this
example.
Step 4
Select Any in WAN Interface.
Step 5
Click Go.
Wait a moment. The result appears when the diagnosis finishes.
